Anti-Seize Compounds contammg MoS2, Nickel or Copper are designed to protect metal parts from rust, corrosion, galling and seizing. They ease assembly and disassembly of slip-fit, press-fit, and threaded joints and reduce friction and wear on critical operating equipment. Formulated to protect against high temperatures, heavy loads, chemicals, pounding and vibration.

Thread compounds

Thread compounds for Tool joints, Drill collars, Casing, Tubing and Line Pipes. For lubrication of Jack up rig leg racks and pinions, drill pipes, collars, tools and Jacking System. These pipe dopes handle shocks, vibrations, corrosion & leakages. Easily brushable, resist water & consistent for a wide temp range. These lubricants are industry compliant standards with relevant API Certification

Dry bonded lubricants

Solvent based bonded dry film moly and PTFE lubricant coating containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) & PTFE solid lubricants. Provides excellent lubricity and durability by producing a hard, dry, durable coating for all metal surfaces which may be exposed to moisture, reactive chemicals or active solvents. The synergistic effects of molybdenum disulfide and PTFE provide superior lubricating properties.

Chain & Wire rope grease

Chain & Conveyor lubricants which are very adherent and high pressure resistant. They act as water resistant agent, and build an anti-corrosive and anti wear protective film. In a range of mineral & synthetic oils developed for the lubrication of chains. Thick & Semi-fluid grease designed to meet the arduous lubricant and corrosion prevention requirements of wire ropes working under all conditions. Wire Rope Lubricant will penetrate between the rope strands to provide internal lubrication and protection against corrosion caused by wet, adverse weather conditions and sea water.
