Metal working fluids

Metalworking lubricants protect or improve surface finish, provide corrosion protection, reduce frictional forces, cool the tooling, prevent metal pick-up on the tooling, and flush away the chips created in the machining operation. To perform these functions they contain a complex blend of carrier, lubricity additives, corrosion inhibitors, biocides and antifoams

Water miscible & Neat cutting oils

A variety of ever-changing requirements in modern manufacturing, environmental and occupational safety requires innovative adaptations in terms of ingredients and application.

The principal functions of cutting fluids, whether they are water-miscible coolants or neat cutting fluids such as cutting and grinding oils, are cooling and lubrication.

The primary objectives are to reduce friction between the tool and the material being machined as well as dissipating any thus created heat. Another role of the cutting fluid is to flush any chips or swarf away from the cutting zone.

Grinding Fluids

For general purpose grinding , sanding , and finishing, these coolants prevent material from building up to ensure a high-quality finish and preserve tool life. All are sulfur free. Dilute with water.

Mineral-oil-based coolants are economical for quick jobs and touch-ups. Synthetic-oil-based coolants are long lasting. Semi-synthetic-oil-based coolants are a mix of mineral and synthetic oil for extra lubricity with superior performance

Lubricants with chlorine resist high pressure and are for use with difficult-to-machine material, such as stainless steel and hard metal.

Hot Forging Lubricants

The forging industry represents a broad field of different applications, each with a high level of special requirements for the needed lubricants.

Our Hot forging lubricants cover all established forging applications and related processes. Starting from scale reduction products over graphite pre-coatings for warm forging to all different kinds of tool lubrication – e.g. for semi-hot or hot forging, high-speed or precision forging, reducer or ring rolling, seamless tube manufacturing and much more.

Slide way lubricantion

Our comprehensive range includes high performance products which offer heavy-duty load and shock load carrying performance for lubricated pallet guide rails and guideways at workstations of automatic transfer machines.

Products for vertical slideways and emulsifiable products for metalworking equipment with small fluid sumps.

Forging & Drawing Oil

They are mainly used in hot and cold forging applications. They are formulated using specially lubricity and EP additives to promote metal flow. Graphite a solid lubricant works great at extreme temperatures.

Forging lubricants increase die life, provide good release and give a good surface finish to the components being forged. They are used in the forging of Crankshafts, axles, bevel gears and many other automotive components.

Punching & Stamping oil

These superior line of fluids include evaporative lubricants, a low viscosity, low odor and solvent based neat stamping & punching oil, which is suitable for operation of sheet metals, such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, zinc-coated steel, etc.

These products are developed to optimize tool life, part quality, and cost efficiency. Suitable for moderate to relatively severe metalworking operations, such as stamping, punching, tapping, shallow drawing, light press work, roll forming etc.

Deep Drawing Pressing Oil & Forming Oils

Metal drawing, pressing and forming lubricants with additive treatment levels for processing many types of metal across a wide spectrum of engineering applications.

They are used primarily for fine blanking, stamping, cold forging, and drawing applications including can, tube ,wire drawing and bar production.

Moulding Lubricants

Specially formulated silicone oils and compounds act as very effective mold release agents. They prevent bonding with the surface and improve the surface finish of the cured resins.

As silicone has inherently high temperature stability , they are ideal for plastic injection molding machines, in metal molds and rubber tires release.

Quenching oils

Designed for conventional and hot oil quenching. These are uniquely formulated thermally stable base oils blended with oxidation inhibitors and speed enhancers to optimise quench speed and control degradation

Formulated to effectively cool Steel to the austenite martensite transformation zone for proper finish the hardness and provide superior service when uniform heat dissipation r is needed for quality hardened and metal.
